Daykoda Is BACK with new, astonishing material: after a busy 2017 - spent in creating a new musical project, Mycatisflying, and founding his proper label, Kindly Rewind, which aims to melt electronic vibes with Hip Pop and soul landscapes - the 22yrs old producer now settled in Milan is ready to unleash his power with his new work, “Lucid Dreams”, a mini-album which will be out on 12th April 2018 in digital & cassette by the french beat / abstract label Orikami Records in collaboration with the Italian electronic / bass label Beat Machine Records.
“Lucid Dreams” is a proper journey through DayKoda’s aesthetic point of you: moving through heavy basses, placid chords, field recordings and samples taken from world music libraries, the seven original tracks composing this mini-album represent a perfect balance in between new soul remnants, solid beats and chill sounds even lapping new electronic pop frontiers.
